  • Select 6 plays (from 400+ initial submissions), identify keynote speaker, choose directors and casts, and all other producing responsibilities for PlayFest

  • Direct two full productions in OST season (Signature Series, TYA Series, New Play Series)

  • Direct various readings

  • Create, execute and maintain the PlayFest Budget

  • Work with the Artistic Director and Staff toward season selection, particularly new play selection

  • Direct various special events such as The Mock Trial

  • Participate in local and national casting held in Orlando and New York for the upcoming season

  • Teach at UCF on a rotating 3/4 and 4/3 unit system.

  • Direct a full production at Theatre UCF in their season.

 Associate Director of New Play Development, Orlando Shakespeare Theater, Orlando, FL (August, 2011—May, 2012)

 

  • Select plays, choose directors and casts, and produce the Harriett Lake Festival of New Plays, PlayFest!

  • Direct a Signature Series mainstage production and a Theatre for Young Audiences mainstage production

  • Work with Artistic Director and staff toward season selection

  • Advise Artistic Director on new play selection, workshop, and production

  • Produce, program, budget and direct for a new collaboration with Le Chat Noir called Southern Rep @ Le Chat Noir 

  • Program, direct, and oversee Wednesday Night Series at Le Chat Noir including 6x6 (script-in-hand staged readings of 6 ten minute plays by 6 local playwrights written in a week based on a monthly theme) and Debauchery! (a live soap opera by Pat Bourgeois)
